Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Any signs of use, missing packaging, or damage may result in the return being denied or subject to additional fees.
- Certain items, including ammunition, firearms, and clearance items, are non-returnable due to legal or safety regulations.
Return Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- If a return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being sent, please contact our support team, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all returns, except in cases of a confirmed error on our part. This covers the cost of processing, inspection, and restocking returned inventory.
Refund Processing
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item per the guidelines above.
